Busy Life, Healthy Food

In today’s busy lifestyle, our traditional foods are slowly disappearing. Earlier, our elders had deep knowledge of home-made healthy recipes and nutritious preparations. Dishes made from millets, grains, and other local ingredients were part of our daily food culture, but this knowledge is now fading.
